UIA Work Registration Requirement

Individuals filing for Unemployment Insurance (UI) benefits in Michigan are, in most instances, required to Register for Work. Registering for Work involves first creating a profile on the Pure Michigan Talent Connect (PMTC) site or updating an existing profile. Secondly completing a meeting or appointment with a Michigan Works! Agency (MWA) representative.
